Converted to a Git repository.

Created a binary dist build script and updated usage output.

I know this isn't the best way to handle distribution, but this is a small
project and I don't know a better way to do it just yet. This was just a
quick way to deal with the problem.

Exthide is a project that builds a command line utility to hide/unhide file
extensions for files as viewed from Finder in Mac OS X.
